The New Look Wenhaston Word!

The Blythweb office, Wenhaston. Photo taken by Brian Nolloth. The April 2007 issue of the Wenhaston Word newsletter was the first to be published by Blythweb Ltd., following the retirement of the Editor of the original Wenhaston Word. Now headed as 'Series 2', this monthly newsletter is in a smart new A5 booklet format, stapled, printed in colour, with photographs, and is laser-printed at the Blythweb office here in the village. Wenhaston Word is distributed to all residents in Wenhaston and Mells by dedicated volunteers.
A totally local newsletter.

This Blythweb version of Wenhaston Word comprises a minimum of eight A5 pages which easily expands to 12 pages (or more!) as and when required. We endeavour
to feature articles and reports from all village societies and organisations. These articles are included along with other items of interest, adverts for forthcoming events, as well as local business advertising, to produce what we hope is an informative and entertaining publication.

The Wenhaston Word City Desk is usually open at Blythweb's office in The Street, Wenhaston, from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. If you would like to call in to have a chat to either Tim, Eileen or Becky, we would welcome your thoughts on how the new Wenhaston Word can get better and better.

We can accept reports and contributions in most non-proprietary formats but prefer plain text, Open Document Format (.odt) or Adobe Acrobat PDF, or even hard copy in clear handwriting, although we would much prefer items by email to word@wenhaston.net .
We cannot accept MS Publisher files. Alternatively we can OCR scan, or read straight from disk.
Click here for some more detailed comments about sending documents by email.

We would also like to hear from anyone who would be willing to contribute a regular column on a subject of interest to the village. For example this could be anything from gardening, to wildlife, to farming, or sports. Items could be of any length, with or without photos.
If you have an idea come and talk to us.
